What Data We Hold

Depending on your interactions with us, we may hold the following personal data:

• Name, company name, phone number, and email address submitted via our enquiry form or direct correspondence.
• Project details such as premises address and project description.
• Records of communications between you and Cool Flow Pte Ltd.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at enquiry@coolflow.sg with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number you used when contacting us.
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

We will notify you by email once the deletion has been carried out.

Exceptions

In some cases we may be required to retain data by law (e.g. financial records, contractual obligations). Where this applies, we will inform you of the specific records we are unable to delete and the reason.
