Commissioning works completed for a Daikin RXMUQ6AVEG (14.0 kW) condensing unit at 11 Cuscaden Walk (#12-01) on 25 Apr 2026. Scope included visual inspection, refrigerant piping pressure test and vacuum, insulation check, electrical continuity/polarity and earthing verification, drain leak test, power/phase verification, communication wiring checks, filter/remote controller checks, labeling, and clearing controller error history. Start-up readings were taken (15.8 A, 420/130 PSI, 14.5°C supply / 26.5°C return, 3.5 m/s airflow).
Challenges handled: Uses nameplate, gauges, and outdoor unit photos to support commissioning steps and recorded readings from the report.
